Styling for Pastel Pink Jeans

Pastel pink jeans are going to be huge the next few seasons and figuring out what to wear with them is pretty simple. I think neutral tones work best. Think basic pieces and chic blazers in black, grey, navy, cream and white. This leaves you with the opportunity to wear chunky and striking jewellery, which would work with any metal: silver, yellow and rose gold. I have two pairs of pastel pink jeans, one from Mink Pink a few years back and Country Road ones I bought last week. Here are some pieces I recommend teaming with them.

Here is my new pink jeans with a basic long sleeved V neck in black, pink square scarf with purple hearts and pink retro inspired sunglasses, both from Mimco. I would team this with a pleather jacket and black ballet flats for a casual, chic look.

These are basic pieces also from Country Road that are great for layering. They can all be found at http://www.countryroad.com.au.

White and navy blazers work well with pink jeans. Bardot and Jacqui E both have white blazers in store at the moment. I have a navy blazer from Victoria’s Secret Pink I bought several years ago that looks great with a cream top underneath. Here is Bardot’s white Topaz blazer, available at http://www.bardot.com.au.
